Under the profound and thought-provoking theme “Queen at All Costs or Princess of God?”, the Toledo Adventist Church held a special gathering dedicated to women over the weekend of June 19–21, designed to renew the spiritual identity and purpose of all attendees.

The event featured the distinguished presence of Mercedes Martínez, director of the Women’s Ministry, who led this series of lectures. Through her messages, participants were challenged to set aside the world’s pressure to pursue superficial success and, instead, embrace their true identity as beloved daughters of the King.

A WEEKEND OF SPIRITUAL RENEWAL
The gathering took place in an atmosphere of fellowship and spiritual growth over the course of three days:
Friday, June 19: The event began at 8:00 p.m., setting a reflective tone for the weekend.
Sabbath, June 20: The program continued throughout the day, with special times in both the morning and afternoon dedicated to studying the Word and prayer.
Sunday, June 21: The event culminated with a heartfelt breakfast titled “Among Women,” a time of fellowship and togetherness that strengthened the bonds of friendship within the church.

Each session was an opportunity for the women of the church to find peace, comfort, and divine guidance. Furthermore, the topics discussed not only touched the hearts of those in attendance but also left a mark of spiritual renewal on the entire congregation. The Women’s Ministry of the Toledo Adventist Church thanks Mercedes Martínez for her visit and all the sisters who dedicated their time and effort to make this gathering possible—one that will undoubtedly continue to bear fruit in the daily lives of our women.
