As part of the activities of Women’s Ministries, the North France Conference organized a women’s congress from February 28–March 1, 2026, centered on the theme “Augmented Woman,” featuring Christian entrepreneur Ludivine Gustave as a guest speaker. She works as a strategic consultant, certified project manager, and business coach.
The main objective was to help women emerge from the fog—a fog of doubts, fears, or lack of clarity—in order to embark on a path of full personal and spiritual growth and become women who are aware of their value and their mission.
Several themes structured this gathering:
Strategic Identity: Knowing who we truly are allows us to emerge from confusion, to take the stance that aligns with our calling, and to navigate with the right map—that is, to move forward with vision and clarity.
Responsible Influence: Understanding the impact of our presence on those around us and exercising a healthy, inspiring influence in our relationships and environment.
Attitude Before Tools: Our skills and methods only bear full fruit when our inner attitude and vision are clear.
Spiritual perception: As 2 Kings 6:16–17 points out, Elisha reassures his servant: “Do not be afraid, for those who are with us are more than those who are with them.” Then he prays for the servant’s eyes to be opened, and the servant sees horses and chariots of fire surrounding Elisha. This story illustrates that spiritual perception changes our decisions and our confidence, for it reveals God’s invisible protection and strength.
Practical tools were also shared to help us learn how to clearly express our needs, both in our relationships and in prayer, by asking God in faith for what we need so that we can move forward.
This conference was a powerful moment that encouraged women to take their place, develop their influence, and move forward with vision, in order to fully live out the mission God has entrusted to them. God does not call us merely to be present, but to be women who are aware of their identity, their influence, and the mission He has entrusted to us.
