From the 21st to the 23rd of June 2024, we had our second level of the Women’s Ministries Leadership Training in Portugal. We gathered with 48 women, willing to learn how to master their circumstances to provide a better service to mankind and the Creator. The themes were about the mission we share with Christ — being a blessing to others — through a saving friendship toward anyone in need, new members and the ones who have distanced themselves; how to work with small groups and support groups; how to balance work and personal life; time management; mentoring and counseling; solving problems and decision making; the use of media to bless others; legal issues of the women and entrepreneurship. The program was enriched with personal testimonies from participants and a market, where various women presented their small businesses and ideas. Although it was quite a full program, everyone felt very blessed.
For the second time, it was a pleasure to have Dagmar Dorn with us, and, God willing, we commit to meet again in our third and last level, coming in 2025.
