Women’s Ministries in Spain

The Women’s Ministries Department of the Spanish Union continues to organize meetings for women by Zoom on important topics. Once a month, a guest presenter talks on a specific topic and the participants can ask questions. These meetings are called Talks with Experts.
In November Romina Femopase presented the topic: Cognitive Health. In December the topic presented by Eve Ryhs was little known but very important – the connection between mouth and body: Healthy Mouth and Healthy Body. On January 28, it was time for one of the pillars of good mental health – Self-esteem. Women who are interested in knowing how to improve their mental health or how to help others were certainly not going to miss the most recent Talk with Experts with Isabel Gomez Fernandez.
