  • Women’s Breakfast Meeting in  Giessen

The women in the Central Rhenish Conference, Germany, are starting a new project. The Women’s Ministries group in Dillenburg has long been very active and now the idea of a women’s breakfast meeting for women from the whole district was initiated on September 18, 2022, in the rooms of the SDA church in Giessen. A delicious and varied buffet had been prepared that warmly welcomed other women from the region. The words "Long time no see" were heard as thirty women cheerfully greeted each other after a long break due to the pandemic and renovation work.
Dani Piroski, Women's Ministries director for the conference informed about the work of the department and presented the theme, speaking about how a widow did not give up, faced with an unjust judge, insisting on justice being done (Luke 18:1-8).
There was beautiful music by a women’s trio and singing together was also great fun.
The women's team in Giessen has announced further projects and we are curious to find out what else will develop...because sometimes WOMEN just have to be active...
