This report shows the effects of the Women’s Ministries Leadership Seminars of the past years. Women are active in the leadership of their local churches in various functions and areas.

From September 19 to 21, a special motivational weekend was held in Villach for women in leadership positions in their churches. Brigitte Zachhuber spoke on the topic of “Working on your Character with God.” It was a valuable gathering in which silence was sought, joy in God was shared, and many ideas for everyday life were provided.
Friday began with a warm welcome. After supper, singing, devotions, and a special moment of prayer set the tone for the quiet of the Sabbath. Small Bible verses on cards helped to start conversations and get to know each other better.
The Sabbath was marked by fellowship during morning prayer, breakfast, and worship, which focused on the joy in God. In the afternoon, a walk took us out into nature before we enjoyed a refreshing break with snacks and tea. Afterwards, the character project was presented. In the evening, the women were able to develop their creative skills at various stations focusing on different character traits: working with clay, stringing beads, solving crossword puzzles, learning practical knowledge about hand scrubs, and much more.
On Sunday morning, the focus was on praying for the Holy Spirit, as well as sharing experiences, questions, and ideas. The weekend ended with a shared lunch and grateful hearts.
It was a weekend full of depth, openness, and encouragement—an encounter with God and with each other that will have a lasting impact.
