Last year, as Women’s Ministries, we offered a program in Austria that supports the mental health of women of all ages. The program is called Thinking Well - Living Well and is divided into three parts. The first event was held on June 6, 2023 under the theme: Health is an interplay of body, soul, and spirit. The other two meetings followed on November 11, 2023, addressing how to cope with crises and blows of fate and finally on February 17, 2024 healthy relationships. The participants were both church members and other women from outside the church, who enjoyed the program very much. Another series of Thinking Well – Living Well meetings are being planned for next year. The speaker was Susanne Fesl, who led us through the topics in a very competent and inspiring way and encouraged the participants to exchange ideas.
