The Women’s Ministries Department of the Adventist Church of Sagunto (Valencia, Spain) celebrated its first edition of its walk “FOR A BETTER LIFE” on May 12, 2019. Approximately 60 people participated in the event. Based on John 3:16 the walk had two objectives: to interact with the local community and raise funds for ADRA. A total of € 380 was raised for the ADRA Center of social work in Sagunto. In addition, in collaboration with the Personal Ministries Department, we gave away 260 bags with the health book "Salud y Bienestar" (Health and Wellbeing). We concluded the event with the collaboration with the Health Ministry department with a series of stretching exercises.In the words of one participant, the walk was "an excellent opportunity to work on physical, social, mental and spiritual health". Several people showed interest in visiting the Adventist Church and others in supporting ADRA. We thank God for the success of this activity. It will be repeated!
