Sibiu is a thriving city in the heart of Transylvania with a significant culture. In this city, on the Sabbath morning of 18 June, hymns of praise to God were rose together with the prayers of many sisters. It was a special day, a day of joy as we had the opportunity to celebrate Women's Ministries Emphasis Day.
The children enjoyed the Children's Story, and a wonderful solo created an atmosphere in which the Word of God was presented by Anna Nadasan, Director of the Women's Ministries Department, Southern Transylvania Conference. There was celebration and all hearts were moved by the many prayers to heaven. Our God was lifted through this program and I hope from my heart that the sisters learned that 'We ought to obey God rather than men' (2 Peter 4:19-20) and decided to work for God. Soli Deo Gloria!
