From 27 to 29 May, 2016, at the “Villa Aurora” Institute, Florence, the seminars of the Leadership Certification, level 3, were held. About 40 women attended the 10 courses. There were also moments of devotion and prayer together. Topics like Women of the New Testament, Hospitality, Cultural sensitivity, Outreach programs, Women’s social and legal issues, Balancing home and career, etc. were followed with great interest. In October the seminars will be repeated in Sicily to encourage the participation also of our sisters in Sicily, Malta and Calabria. The goal of Leadership Certification is to equip our sisters for a better service in their families, churches and communities.
