From October 23 to 24, 2021, fourty Latin women from various churches around northern Italy came together in Miramare in Rimini for a spiritual retreat to worship God and to renew their pact with Him. For half of the women it was the first time they ever attended a spiritual retreat. Five were guests that came with their adventist friends. The theme of the meeting was “Valiosa y muy amada” (Precious and much loved). The women learned how much God loves us, because we are precious gems for Him.
This was the first post-pandemic program offered to women in person and so they were full of joy to be able to gather. They studied the Bible together, took a walk to the beach where thy symbolically threw into the sea the things that was keeping them away from God, and just enjoyed being together as sisters in Christ.
