Over the past year, God has given the women a special gift: the opportunity to grow closer to one another through the Fellowship Workshop. It was more than just a workshop. It was a place where they learned to pause, to listen to one another, to pray together, and to discover the beauty of the work God is doing in each one.
They learned simple yet meaningful things: crocheting, cooking together, and creating with their own hands, small symbols of their purpose—little houses made of ceramic clay, fragile yet full of meaning. Investing their time and creativity, they prepared a small gift for every woman in the church, a gesture of gratitude and love.
International Women’s Day became a time of celebration for the entire church. The community came together beautifully and authentically: young people, men, and children each chose to express, in their own way, their appreciation for the women in their lives. From Friday evening through Sabbath afternoon, words of thanks, songs, and simple gestures became a praise offered to God for the gift of women—mothers, wives, daughters.
The women in the workshop chose to celebrate through an exchange of gifts, in which each one gave from the heart and received with joy. These moments of joy were recorded in a special photo corner, becoming memories that will stand as a testament through time. But beyond all the activities, the greatest joy was discovering that every woman has a place, a gift, and a purpose. Each one can bring light wherever she is. Each one can be the answer to a need, a comfort, a helping hand. For the Women’s Ministries Department of the “Învingători” Church in Bucharest, this experience was a profound blessing, a confirmation that when hearts unite in God, simple things become works of eternal value.
