The Women’s Ministry Department organized a program of spiritual renewal for April 3 to 4, 2026. Both friends of the truth and those who, although they were once part of the church, have not attended worship services for a long time, were especially invited, thus transforming this Sabbath into a true missionary Sabbath.
The special guests, Alina Andrei and Eliza Spătărelu, were a blessing through Word and song, helping to create a profound and uplifting atmosphere. The theme of this Sabbath—“Selah… a pause before sunset!”—was a call to pause, reflect, and draw near to God. As part of the program, a spiritual prayer journey was organized, inspired by the book “Make Lemonade with Jesus” by Valerie Anne Waldeck. This journey included seven distinct stations, each representing a moment of reflection on biblical or life experiences, offering participants the opportunity to pause, meditate, and pray.
A particularly appreciated moment was the stop dedicated to “making lemonade,” which conveyed a simple yet profound message: “When life gives us lemons, we make lemonade!” The prayer room was also open to everyone, encouraging the formation of or participation in prayer groups, with the vision of a united and ongoing ministry in this area. At each stop along the way, participants received small symbolic gifts as a memento of this special time spent together.
We thank God for this blessed Sabbath, during which a dedicated team of sisters served with devotion, each putting their gifts to good use. We truly felt how Heaven descended among us and filled our hearts with joy and hope.
