  • Gleam of Hope Meeting in Bad Kreuznach, Germany

The following are impressions from two valuable women on my team about our women's meeting in October 2023. We are blessed! We sense that God helps us with our needs. The team was reduced by half due to illness and other extraordinary situations, and there was trepidation as to whether everything would work out, but through the power of our heavenly Father, it was a blessed evening. All in all, we were grateful to feel God working through us. It is worthwhile to belong to His team.
Dorothea Starek, Women’s Ministries leader, Bad Kreuznach church

Our women's meeting takes place every last Wednesday of the month (except in July, August, and December). We enjoy a delicious meal and afterward, a devotion followed by discussion groups. This time it was a special evening because we had a guest speaker, Brigitte Grohrock, who also facilitated the entire evening. Her topic was: "Our Father!" It was a very meaningful evening for me, as we were only a small group and there was good participation. What a Father, we can come to him with everything! He helps us and gives us everything we need. I was particularly moved by the final hymn "Our Father who art in heaven." Although I always like to sing it, this time it was something special, as I was moved by all my thoughts. "God our Father, I thank you. God protect and bless us all with joy in our hearts." October is fall time and the last Wednesday means: it’s time for our women's meeting! We were once again full of expectation, looking forward to a blessed time, because Brigitte Grohrock would lead us through the evening. THANK YOU Brigitte for coming and for your topic: OUR FATHER!
Unfortunately, some women were ill, but we had a special experience. We put our tables together so that we sat like a big family and in the midst there was: OUR FATHER.
It was a bright experience and we left blessed, looking forward to our next women's meeting in November with Conny. Marion Blank
