The event “Easier, with a Brush and a Friend” brought together a group of wonderful ladies - our friends, colleagues, and acquaintances who are not part of the church, but with open hearts - who wanted to experience something new together.
The goal was simple but powerful: to create a space for freedom, expression, and connection, without expectations or pressure, just with a paintbrush in hand and a friend by your side. Together we painted a flower garden against a sunset backdrop, guided by a talented artist, and the results were unique, personal, and beautiful.
The second part was an open discussion, led by a psychologist, where we talked about food and health, the role of a balanced diet in various diseases, and the relationship between body and mind. Practical, encouraging, and honest - this part touched and connected us all.
We hope this is just the first step in a series of similar events. Events where we create trust, share knowledge, and show that the church community is alive, aware, and caring - for the soul and for the body. Because when we do things with love - it becomes easier. Especially with a brush. And with a friend.
