While visiting a refugee center where we interacted with the kids and families, we wondered how we could help and asked, “Lord, what do you want us to do?” That is how the idea with the Creative Weekend started.
March 3-5, 2017, saw the start of a new kind of weekend retreat in Zorge, Germany. Eleven women and came with their creative ideas for crafts as well as their thoughts about following God. Dragutin Lipohar presented spiritual topics and the group had a lot of fun activities as well as good conversations during the time spent with knitting and other handicrafts. God richly blessed the event and plans have already been made for another such weekend next year.
