Normally, the Department Directors of the Seventh-Day Adventist church regions (divisions) are elected at the General Conference session which is held every 5 years. Due to the pandemic, this session has been twice postponed and is now scheduled for the summer of 2022. However, at their 2021 Mid-Year meetings, most of these regions, including the Inter-European region, have decided to move on to the election of their leaders.
On May 24, 2021, the Executive Committee of the Inter-European Division confirmed Dagmar Dorn in her position as Women’s Ministries Director until 2025. With gratitude for her excellent leadership we congratulate her on the recognition of her work which has led to this re-election. May God bless her as she continues to serve the women in this diverse Division in co-operation with the Women’s Ministries directors of the local Unions.
