The Women’s Ministries Department in Portugal is active on Instagram, with regular posts each week. One of the subjects they have been highlighting is ending violence and abuse against women and children with posts under #enditnow. They have been doing this not only during the 16 days of activism from November 25 to December 10, but every month. Violence and abuse is a constant problem and it is good to be reminded that it has to end. Unfortunately, the current statistics show that violence against women has increased instead of diminishing.
