The Women’s Ministries Group of the international church in Hamburg, Germany, is very active. This year they organized the program of the enditnow emphasis day intended to prevent violence.
The sermon addressed how words can kill and cause psychological trauma. As the new school year had already begun the children’s story touched on the topic of bullying. “Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen” Ephesians 4:29 NIV). Loving companionship was demonstrated with a potluck meal as always on Sabbath. It is so important to create a loving and trustworthy atmosphere in our churches so that it can be a safe place for all.
