Thanks to many donations, among others from Germany and the Friends‘ Association of the Waldfriede Hospital, the new Clinic of Dr. Mabeya in Eldoret was inaugurated at the beginning of November. During the first week more than 15 women were operated on in the modern „Gynocare Women’s & Fistula Hospital.“
Instead of operating in a kitchen turned into operating room the new clinic has a complete surgical tract including a birthing room and intensive care unit. The patients also have more space now. They have the best conditions for complete recovery after their stay at the hospital.
