Renewed in Strength, Rooted in Faith, Connected through Relationships - Women from Austria gather at the “Source of Power”- A weekend to recharge, reconnect, and rediscover meaningful relationships
From October 9 to 11, women from Austria gathered in the picturesque lakeside setting of St. Gilgen on Lake Wolfgangsee. Surrounded by amazing natural beauty, we were invited to step away from the demands of everyday life and make room for strengthening our relationships.
The opening of the Sabbath marked the beginning of a program that unfolded meaningful encounters, worship moments, open conversations and thoughtful reflections on a sensitive yet deeply relevant topic: “Sexuality and Faith in Marriage.”
The speakers, Barbara Weiß and Martin Pröbstle, created an atmosphere that was remarkably open, natural, and friendly for open dialogues. With sensitivity, authenticity, and a deep interest, they guided us through conversations that touched hearts, challenged perspectives, and opened up ways of self-evaluation and introspection. Throughout the weekend, we enjoyed uplifting worship, heartfelt fellowship, personal counseling with the speakers, and precious moments of praying together. And, of course, homemade treats brought a touch of hospitality and turned the Sabbath joy into a delight!
´Kraftquelle+” became a true source of strength – a place of meaningful connections and thoughts that continue to resonate, deepening our faith and reassuring knowledge that we do not have to face our questions and challenges alone. Because sometimes, all it takes is a weekend away, a safe space, and genuine human connection to find the strength we need for the days ahead.
