On Sunday, March 9, in the Balta-Alba Adventist Church in Bucharest dedicated a special program to women. Women from the Adventist church as well as women from other churches were invited. As special guest speakers, we welcomed the Hope TV editor Raluca Mateescu who presented the devotional "The Lesson of the Snowdrop" and Prof. Dr. Luminița Pădure for the seminar "In His Protecting Hand". We also enjoyed poetry and musical performances.
An altar call of surrender into the hand of the Lord led to a special moment of the program with a prayer of consecration. An impressive number of people came forward. Flowers and Christian literature were offered to the participants. The program ended with a rich and wholesome fellowship meal, a very pleasant time of socializing and fellowship with the visiting ladies. They were pleasantly impressed by our program, expressing their desire to participate in other events of this kind, and in the divine services on the Sabbath.
